Nature of donations
Donations made via the Site are entirely voluntary and non-refundable, except in the event of an obvious payment error. The funds collected are allocated to HSF projects and their management in accordance with its missions, according to the priorities identified.
Payment security
Donations are processed by a secure payment platform (Mollie) to guarantee the protection of your financial data.
Tax certificates
If you are a Belgian resident, you can request a tax certificate for any donation over €40 in a fiscal year. Since January 1, 2024, it has been necessary to provide HSF with your national registration number. HSF undertakes to use this number only for tax purposes. Personal data is protected and stored for as long as it is required, in accordance with current regulations on the use of personal data.
Allocation of funds
While HSF strives to respect the intended use of donations, it reserves the right to reallocate funds in the event of urgent need or unforeseen humanitarian priorities.
4. Protection of personal data
HSF attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. Information collected on this Site is processed in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
