Opening of a Level 2 Hospital at AIC Shanzu (Kenya)

On 8 December 2025, the HWF team loaded three humanitarian containers bound for African Inland Church Shanzu, in the municipality of Mombasa, Kenya.

The aim of this project is to equip a level 2 hospital — that is, a centre providing all basic healthcare and follow-up services. It forms part of a wider social initiative to provide education, employment and community support to disadvantaged people in the region. The site is home to a school, a canteen where parents in the greatest need can find work, a church, and a hospital where staff have access to small on-site flats.
